What counts as normal baby sleep is approached in many different ways.
You might be feeling this way too:
And meanwhile, the question grows stronger within you:
You are not alone, even if you feel that way many times.
A baby's behavior isn't a problem to „fix”—it's a signal to understand.
When you have a clearer understanding of what's happening, the tension decreases, and your own path begins to emerge.
About me
My name is Adrienn Dankó – I am a mother, a psychologist, and a family and couple therapist in training. In my work, I focus particularly on the period with young children, especially the challenges of a baby's first year, when parents often experience exhaustion, uncertainty, and relationship changes simultaneously.
I have completed the Durham University Infancy Sleep Centre's „Sleep, Baby & You” training and am qualified to use the program to support families.
I work from a systems perspective, which means I don't just look at the baby, but also at the entire family functioning and connections.
In my work, I support you in understanding the situation and finding your own, workable solutions.
