What counts as normal baby sleep is approached in many different ways.

I help you understand your baby's cues, reduce exhaustion, and find solutions that truly work for your family.

You might be feeling this way too:

And meanwhile, the question grows stronger within you:

„Why is it so difficult easy?”

You are not alone, even if you feel that way many times.

A baby's behavior isn't a problem to „fix”—it's a signal to understand.

When you have a clearer understanding of what's happening, the tension decreases, and your own path begins to emerge.

About me

My name is Adrienn Dankó – I am a mother, a psychologist, and a family and couple therapist in training. In my work, I focus particularly on the period with young children, especially the challenges of a baby's first year, when parents often experience exhaustion, uncertainty, and relationship changes simultaneously.
I have completed the Durham University Infancy Sleep Centre's „Sleep, Baby & You” training and am qualified to use the program to support families.

I work from a systems perspective, which means I don't just look at the baby, but also at the entire family functioning and connections.

In my work, I support you in understanding the situation and finding your own, workable solutions.

Systems thinking in the common work

We don't just look at the symptoms — we see the whole picture.

A baby's sleep, crying, or fussiness is often a sign that the family system's balance has been disrupted.

During our collaborative work, we understand this connection, and this is where real change begins.

The goal of our collaborative work is to understand the underlying causes of the difficulties and to find solutions that fit your family.

That's perfectly fine.
Often, parents just feel that something isn't working well. Part of working together is understanding the situation together.

Yes. Consultations can also be effective online, and they allow us to work from your own environment, in a more relaxed way.

This is always individual. Sometimes one session can bring about a big change, while other times a shorter process is truly helpful.
During the initial consultation, we will clarify together what you need.

Absolutely.
I don't provide ready-made solutions; instead, we start from your situation and look for directions that fit it.

We will discuss the current situation, the baby's functioning, family dynamics, and together we will identify points where change can begin.

Yes.
Often, various councils don't work precisely because they don't consider the complete picture. A systems approach helps to look at the situation from a different perspective.

No.
Difficulties are not mistakes, but signals. The goal is not to blame, but to understand.
